Home & Outdoor Living Expo - Online Registration
The Central Nebraska Home & Outdoor Living Expo will be January 24-26, 2025.
The undersigned Exhibitor hereby contracts with the Central Nebraska Home and Builders Association (CNHBA) for use of booth or bulk space available according to official floor plan to be used for an exhibit at the Central Nebraska Home & Outdoor Living Expo located in Grand Island, Nebraska. Exhibitors MUST BE exhibiting products/services related to the building industry. If this is in question please call the office to confirm.
Total space contract to include: Pipe/Drape, 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, and electricity
In consideration of CNHBA providing said booth space at the Expo, Exhibitor promises to pay CNHBA a total sum in U.S. funds for said booth space and any additional said fees. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
In the event the Exhibitor breaches any condition required by this contract, CNHBA may, at its own option, choose to keep the payment made by the Exhibitor as liquidated damages in partial or complete satisfaction of CNHBA’s claim for damages. Exhibitor shall be responsible for costs and reasonable attorney fees necessary to resolve any breach committed by the Exhibitor. CNHBA assumes no responsibility for calling back in the following year any Exhibitor who moves out prior to the official close of the Show, or who fails to pay CNHBA for Exhibitor’s space, or who otherwise commits any other breach of this contract. In entering this contract, Exhibitor agrees to comply with and be bound by all rules and regulations of the Expo, which are available to the Exhibitor at www.buildcnhba.com. Exhibitor is solely responsible for any loss, damage, or claim arising as a result of Exhibitor’s property being displayed or used for exhibition on the Show premises, and where permitted by law, shall hold CNHBA and the Expo harmless for any claim therefore. Additionally, Exhibitor acknowledges that CNHBA and the above-named Expo are in no way responsible for Exhibitor’s personal property on the Show premises. Exhibitor acknowledges that this contract is not assignable by the Exhibitor without the express written permission of CNHBA. By submitting this contract, exhibitors are confirming they are exhibiting products/services related to the building industry.
Exhibitors are NOT necessarily guaranteed the same booth. Requests for booth location can be added below. Requests will be reviewed and granted based on several factors such as but not limited to: date of request, membership in CNHBA, years of exhibiting in said Expo.

Exhibitors are able to purchase discount tickets to hand out to customers, family, and friends. These discount tickets are half price of the entry fee of $5. If ordered in advance, they will be mailed to you in your exhibitor packet. Packets are mailed 2-3 week prior to the opening of the Show. Discount tickets will also be available for purchase during Move-In.
